Never the same sky twice. - The yoga studio is one of the best I've seen in Pokhara. I completed my Level 1 Sound Healing course there and wouldn't have had it any other way. In that studio I also attended several yoga classes, a sound healing session, a cacao ceremony, and more—all of which were so special. Thank. you Abhi for the loveliest morning yoga sessions! - The activities that I got to enjoy during my stay were truly unforgettable! We did a blindfolded sunrise hike (yes, you read that right), and we did a short weekend trek to Panchase. The nature, the peace, the beauty, and of course the company, will live in my heart forever. - I also got one of the best Nepali Ayurvedic massages during my stay there. I highly recommend the masseuse they work with. - The little studio I lived in really became my home for those 2 weeks. I was working remotely and the wifi was always great (best wifi quality and speed I found in pokhara), and the space, designed by Ishwor himself, is both beautiful and cozy. I will never forget the beautiful feeling of opening my eyes every morning and seeing the view of those luscious green hills outside my window. - Not to mention the nature walks!!! Right outside the retreat is a 45 minute hike to the top of Methlang, and the main lakeside road is a short 15 minute hike down through a beautiful forest. I’m from Indonesia so I can always do this kind of retreats in Bali, yet somehow Nepal was calling me and when I saw Green Hill’s page, I knew that I had to stay here :) So I took a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, when I arrived, Isshwor picked me up from airport. He’s the host of our retreat, the owner of Green Hills. He’s so nice and assist me along my stay really well. He’s very informative about everything. I got the second from room called Daffodils Room. It’s the most beautiful of all I guess, I was lucky. I had my own balcony, my own hammock. The only private hammock in the building hihi. I joined the yoga retreat, so I had yoga classes everyday. At first I thought it’s gonna be boring after a while, yet at the end I ended up extending my stay there haha. The classes were never boring, the teachers Abhi n Akash were the best. The classes really made a huge impact for me emotionally and physically. The meals are included in the retreat package. The food were amazing, I’m not a vegetarian, yet they served all vegetarian food, but I really really liked it, I didn’t expect that. Even now I kinda miss their food sometimes haha. The hospitality was 5 stars, Isshwor and his family also was the sweetest, I felt comfortable during my stay, my room was nice, the classes were awesome, the view from the place was also wonderful. If you want to relax, trekking, or work remotely in a calm atmosphere, with a beautiful view, healthy food - this is the place for you. You will have a beautiful view from the windows, the place is far from the city noise, but you will go down to the city in 15 minutes. If you want to go to local sights you can take an exciting walk to Phewa Lake, Stupa, or you can ask the hosts to help you organize a small tour and they will make you live at the highest level.
