18:15-18:45 PM –   Yoga Nindra/ Tratak Meditation

6:00 AM – Wake Up 

6:30 AM  – Cleansing

7:00 AM – 8:30 AM – Pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Meditation

9:00 AM –  Breakfast

11:00 AM -12:30 PM – Sound Healing session

13:00 PM – Lunch

14:00 PM – 16:00 PM Free Time – Optional Activities including: Sound Healing, Mantra Chanting, Massage,

Swim in Natural Pool, Jungle Walk, Self Practice in Yoga Hall
