16:00 – 16:30 –herbal Tea  with Introduction to Daily Retreat

17:00- 18:30 PM –  Evening Yoga Flow 

19:00 PM – Dinner

20:00 –    Tratak Meditation/ Mantra Chanting 

21:00 PM – Lights Out

DAY 2-3

6:00 AM – Wake Up 

6:30 AM  – Cleansing

7:00 AM – 8:30 AM – Pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Meditation

9:00 AM –  Breakfast

11:00 AM -12:30 PM – Sound Healing session

13:00 PM – Lunch

14:00 PM – 16:00 PM Free Time – Optional Activities including: Sound Healing, Mantra Chanting, Massage ( can be purchased for extra cost)

Swim in Natural Pool, Jungle Walk, Self Practice in Yoga Hall
