Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Pokhara

  • Welcome to Pokhara! Transfer to your accommodation.
  • Evening meditation and light stretching to center your energy.
  • Trek briefing and an introduction to the journey ahead.

Day 2: Drive to Kande & Trek to Deurali (2,540m)

  • A scenic 1.5-hour drive to Kande.
  • Begin your trek through rhododendron forests with stunning mountain views (4-5 hours).
  • Evening yoga session to stretch and relax after the trek.
  • Overnight in a tea house.

Day 3: Trek to Forest Camp (2,550m)

  • Trek through beautiful forests with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains (5-6 hours).
  • Evening meditation followed by a restorative yoga session.
  • Overnight at Forest Camp.

Day 4: Trek to High Camp (3,590m)

  • Ascend to High Camp, leaving the forest for alpine landscapes and panoramic views (4-5 hours).
  • Evening yoga to unwind and stretch after a challenging day.
  • Overnight at High Camp.

Day 5: Sunrise Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500m) & Return to Low Camp

  • Early morning hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp for breathtaking sunrise views (3-4 hours).
  • Return to Low Camp for lunch and relaxation.
  • Evening meditation  healing session to release tension and promote relaxation.

Day 6: Trek to Siding Village (1,800m) & Drive to Pokhara

  • Descend through traditional villages, taking in the beauty of Nepali rural life (4-5 hours).
  • Drive back to Pokhara (1.5 hours).
  • Farewell dinner and an evening meditation session to close the trek with peace and gratitude.

Day 7: Departure

  • Begin the day with a soothing morning meditation and light stretching.
  • Enjoy a revitalizing sound healing session before check-out.
  • Indulge in a therapeutic massage to ease any remaining tension.
  • Transfer to the airport or your next destination, feeling rejuvenated and peaceful.

Please Prepare:

  • Comfortable trekking shoes, socks, and warm layers for high-altitude conditions.

  • Yoga clothes and a lightweight mat for daily practice.

  • Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

  • Water bottle, purification tablets, personal toiletries, and snacks to stay energized.

Yes, our yoga retreat program is perfect for beginners. The classes are designed to be accessible to all levels, with instructors offering personalized guidance and adjustments to ensure a comfortable and rewarding experience for everyone, regardless of their yoga background.

We specialize in Hatha Yoga, blending elements of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Kundalini. Each instructor brings their unique style to create a diverse and personalized experience.

We serve healthy, fresh meals made with locally sourced vegetables. Our menu includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary options upon request.

We offer 8 cozy rooms with twin or double beds, attached bathrooms, year-round hot water, and balconies with stunning lake and garden views, complete with a working desk and reading space. Each room is equipped with fresh linens, fluffy towels, a fan, and mosquito nets on the windows. A heater is available upon request during the winter months. For long-term guests, we also have 2 studio apartments providing extra space and privacy.

We offer private sound healing sessions, customized Ayurvedic massages, cooking classes, and guided hikes and excursions. Additional charges may apply for certain activities.

  • Check-in: Starts at 3 PM, with the first yoga session at 5 PM.
  • Check-out: By 12 PM, following the sound healing and morning programs.
